What file formats do you accept?
We accept STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), STL, SolidWorks (.sldprt), CATIA, Creo, and native CAD files. For best results, provide STEP files with 3D geometry. 2D drawings (PDF, DWG) are helpful for tolerance callouts but should accompany 3D files.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Standard quotes are provided within 24-48 business hours after receiving complete drawings. Complex assemblies or projects requiring engineering analysis may take 3-5 business days.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
